(Day 2) Taiwan HuaLien - Zhi Jiang Night Market 自强夜市

Zhi Jiang Night Market 自强夜市 will be our very first Taiwan night market. This night market in Taiwan is so different with Malaysia. As in Malaysia there is a specific day where the Night Market will be but in Taiwan most of the night market is permanently station at here and they will operation daily beside Chinese New Year. Zhi Jiang Night Market 自强夜市 is bigger night market you can find in Hualien City. There is another smaller one is about ~~1.6km always. From our stay to here is just like walking distance.

This Zhi Jiang Night Market 自强夜市 is focus more on the snack and food. Came to Hualien you had to try two very famous snack first is the "coffin wood" (Direct tralate from mandarin) Second one is their Bar.B.Q stick (like our satay). The "Coffin wood" is make from bread but the middle of in putting some other ingredient such as mushroom with chicken cube or some other innovation ingredient begin prepared (Taste Crispy). Dear and me had quote Zhi Jiang Night Market 自强夜市 as MUST VISIT night market at Hualien city.
