This is one of the thing i feel so impressive with the Ho Chi Menh, Vietnam. Really respect the electrical technician & engineer here. Just had a look at this photo below you will know what i mean :)

*** Always had a question, How the electrical Engineer or Technician settle the electrical power down here ? or this is what Chinese said "乱中有序" - Chaos in the orderly LOL？
