Black Ball Cafe was located at Queensbay Mall Level 2. This Outlets was start up their business not more then a year ^^ Dear and i decide to try up this outlets in very first time. We found that all this model dessert house have nothing much different with each other. Personally feel Black balck have nothing special compare with other outlet in the market. Overall the Blackball signature was so~so~~
