Penang Butterworth - Mydin Mall Bukit Mertajam

This is the newly open Mydin Mall Bukit Mertajam which located on Jalan Baru Penang. Although it is just 150meter away from our new home. Dear and me decided to drive over here to visit this new mall. It is kinda crowded today most probably it is related with the sales that going on in the groceries stall. There is some event is going on organise by the Mydin Management. It seen like this event is specifically focus on Malays ethnic. Well it will be a great mall one all the shop in operation mode :) Thank to Mydin Mall our property had increase 25% in selling price :)

Penang Butterworth - The View From The Signature Luxury Condominium

Visiting our new home had became of the routine agenda we will do whenever we having our food hunting trip to Penang. Today we can see very clearly on the view around our condominium as the air condition in Penang Island had improve from the previous hazy condition. We can see both Penang bridge from our home :) It is one of the most great investment even we not yet use the facility yet in this new home :)

Penang Butterworth - Ferry Terminal

Finally dear and me had reach Butterworth Jetty Ferry Terminal on 9.30am morning. The Grassland bus had took extra 2 hour from Singapore to Butterworth. As usual dear and me will transit to our house town at Penang island by Ferry :) It is always a great feeling when travelling with Ferry... well you enjoy the wind you also can enjoy the Penang island view. Dear and me will always recommended people to travelling using ferry to whoever asking us where is the best places to visit on Penang Island.

Penang Bukit Mertajam - Look Yuen Restaurant "乐园饭店"

Had been a while dear and me want to visit this Look Yuen Restaurant "乐园饭店". As previously we was highly recommended by the local friend to pay a visit to this restaurant for their speedy services and their delicious food :) After we visited our house dear and me decided to had our dinner at here. No Doubt all our dish being serve to our table within 10 minute after we order our food but the dish we order later on will took us 20 minute :) Currently Look Yuen Restaurant "乐园饭店" had expending their business to the neighbouring shop and soon or later it will look like da Jia Lai Seafood restaurant which located at Sabah i guess :)

Penang Butterworth - The Signature Luxury Condominium

After waiting more then 3 year dear and me finally had got our key to enter our home :) We invested this property right before the government decided to abolish the DIBS system on the new house purchase. It is a low density condominium can be seen from first and second Penang Bridge. This property is kinda windy. As we bought a kinda high unit therefore we can see both bridge from our house balcony. This house had signature another achievement for dear and me ;)
