One word crowded..... recently dear and me found out that the custom check point had became congested condition had became bad to worst. It is kind of crowded although it is expected to be this condition especial on evening of weekend. There is alots of automatic gate faulty at Woodland Custom as well Malaysia custom. Hopefully some improvement can be make else dear and me will crossing border using other alternative.

It is first time for dear and me visiting the Woodland Market which located right opposite the Woodland Train station. There is alots of run down shop located inside this building.... where you can get a piece of garment as cheap as SGD 10. There is not much of crowd around this places...where dear and me feel that business here is hardly sustain if the situation continue. There is some franchise outlets here too... such as McDonald and the local brand shopping market Seng Siong.

Today i having some important due that need to travel to Johor Bahru to Settle. The faster way to travel from Tampines to Johor Bahru is from Tampines Ave 9 take 168 SBS Bus straight to Woodland Bus interchange (This journey took you 35 minute) then from Woodland Bus Interchange took any bus which passing by the Woodland Train Checkpoint (This Journey took you 15 minute) then walk over to the Singapore & Malaysia Custom (took you 5 minute) overall journey you can settle less then hour is every come smoothly. 

To walk over to Woodland Custom is kind of easy.... enter to Woodland Train Checkpoint...... took the stair for a level up.... ignore the glass door which entering to the train station (take right turn) you will passing through a long balcony  around 200 meter. Then get 2 level up..... passing through 100 meter fly over bridge then you will reach entrance to woodland custom checkpoint. After the custom checkpoint you can took the bus which park downstair toward JB custom clearance.

Johor Johor Bahru - JB Sentral KTM Station to Woodland Check Point

This is second time for dear and me travel to Singapore by Train. Per ticket is RM 5 per pax. (Advise to get it in advance usually will finish sold on the spot). We had make our advance ticket purchase a week a head. Dear and me found out this is the best route by travelling in Singapore by land. The ticket is free sitting therefore you might found out there is no more space for sit. The journey just took us 5 minute to reach Woodland checkpoint. It is so convenience, It is worry free from queue up for buses. After came out from the KTM you need to go through the Singapore Custom clearer after that you walk to the bus station and get up to bus 170 (to kranjit station), or 912/913 bus to Woodland bus interchange.

We received some email asking us that whether the Custom between woodland and Johor Bahru will be close or not and the what is the last bus services they can enjoy for crossing the border. Dear and me will be respond in this blog. Both custom (Tuas & Woodland) will be operate in 24 hour 7 day a week and the last bus service you can enjoy is 00:00 from JB Sentral toward Woodland and 00:30 toward JB Sentral from woodland custom. We having our border crossing again. today dear and me is having our Kota Tinggi exploration and our target is there famous Bak Kut Teh :)

Singapore Woodland Check Point - Visiting the Johor journey start :)

Since last two week dear and me had explore the Malacca & Kuala Lumpur for food and shopping. This weekend dear and me decided to visit Johor Bharu by foot. We depart from our house around 6 am morning and plan to avoid the queue at custom. But too bad we meet up the crowd here as early of 7am. We use almost 3 hour to free our self from here :) Hopefully this will not happened again in any near future LoL.

Singapore Woodland - Woodland Check Point

This weekend dear and me plan to visit the southern part of Malaysia. Therefore we start our journey as early as 8pm but we reach Johor already almost 11pm due to the traffic congested. Begin tell by the local Singaporean where this is always happened if there is eve-public holiday. As tomorrow is Singapore Election day this condition is expected. I do found out there is a website where you can check the traffic condition around this check point (http://www.checkpoint.sg/). Advisable do check the website before came to this custom check point.

Singapore Woodland Checkpoint - Say Bye bye to Singapore :)

It is the time to said bye bye to Singapore. Today dear and me is on our third driving experience inside the Singapore and we feel that it is kinda safe to drive in this country. Surprisingly.... we only get $ 3.50 charge even we drive through so many ERP :)
