(Day 2) South Korea Seoul - Cheonggyecheon Square Road side local snack :)

We bump with this Cheonggyecheon Square Road side local snack when we walking toward Jogno- gu MRT Station. We walk near to see what they are selling and dear and me simply bought the "nameless" snack to try. We only know the food after back to Malaysia by googling :) It is call Hotteok which is one of the famous winter food. There is red bean inside and it taste sweet. The hawker is kinda friendly while i taking dear photograph he join in as well :) Dear and me had quote Hotteok as MUST TRY snack food on winter session in South Korea.

(Day 2) South Korea Seoul - Jogno-gu MRT Cheonggye Plaza '청계광장'

Cheonggyecheon Square "清溪川广场" is one of the most welcoming places where you can visit during your trip in Seoul City. There is a great places where dear and me kind of love it a lots. When dear and me visited this places.... there is charity fair going on. There is also Blood donation booth begin setup for public to donate their blood. The building surrounding light up their light to celebrating the New Year too. It is a great places to go when you visiting Seoul.

(Day 2) South Korea Seoul - Jongno-gu MRT Cheonggyecheon Stream '청계천'

As mention in previous blog... visiting the Cheonggyecheon Stream is one of the main destination when dear and me plan for Seoul City Tour. The main reason because we wanted to visit this stream is because dear and me feel impress with the hard work that being put in by the local authority when refurbishment on this stream until because a local tourist attraction point. Second this stream over length is 8.4 KM which covering the whole Seoul City :). This stream was cover under the highway about 30 year until the restoration project begin on 2003 to re-introduce the begin of seoul culture and nature. No doubt it is kind of crowded here. There is Ice statue begin display here too :) It is a great places to visit especial on the night time :) Dear and me had quote this Cheonggyecheon Stream '청계천' as MUST VISIT places on your Seoul City visit.

(Day 2) South Korea Seoul - Jongno-gu MRT King Sejong Statue '세종대왕 동상'

After visited the night view of the Gyeongfukgong... dear and me continue our walking journey toward the Cheonggyecheon square. Before we reaching the Cheonggyecheon square you will meet up with the King Sejong Statue :) It is always recommended to visit here on night time as you will feel the greatness of the architecture here which shine by the light. Visiting the Cheonggyecheon Square & Stream"清溪川广场" is one of the main target for this trip :) Although now is -0.7Celsius degree this weather never stop the happening at Cheonggyecheon 清溪川广场 area. Dear and me had quoted Cheonggyecheon as MUST VISIT area at Seoul City :)
