Singapore Dakota MRT - Old Airport Road Food Court

After meeting up with our friend around this area... dear and me plan to revisit the Singapore Larges Food Court for our dinner. Tonight we actually plan to had the Kim Choo Bak Chang..... but too back we heard from one of the store owner said the Kim Choo Stall had already cease their business a while ago. Therefore I straight away order the food from the stall owner who letting me know the news. This stall is selling Japanese Type curry rice. Where i order a pork fillet curry rice just cost me $ 3.50....... this stall is located same roll with the famous Lao Fu Zhi Char Koay Teow Stall. Dear had order the roasted duck rice....it taste good too :)

Singapore Dakota MRT - Old Airport Road Food Court

After sitting an hour MRT from Harbour Front Cycle Line. We finally had reach Dakota MRT station. Without any further delay we having our food hunting to Old Airport Road Food Court again. This is the bigger ever Food Court you can found in Singapore and one of MUST VISIT places here. Tonight we order totally different food to try. We order the Chicken Chop, Wan Tan mee & White and black Carrot cake to try up. Dear and me feel that the White and Black Carrot Cake is the Most Worthy food tonight :) Cause we can take two different taste of carrot cake plus it is taste very good !! Dear and me had quote Old Airport Road Food as MUST TRY Food Court in Singapore :)

Singapore Dahkota MRT - Old Airport Road Food Court

After a while dear and me had back to Old Airport Road Food Court again. Tonight we plan to had the char koay teow food hunting again :) I had order the white Char Koay Teow but the chef had cook the black one..... the cashier asking me can i compromise take the black one... But i said "No, I would like to White char koay teow tonight" The Lady turn her face dark and cover the black colour Char Koay Teow with another plate. Well I got my white Char Koay Teow after 5 minute. Dear had order the special tomato noodle.... from the Wan Tan Mee stall. The Wan Tan Mee do include a name card to her as promotion of their Stall can be franchise. Overall dear and me still feel satiety with the food here and we will be back again.

Singapore Dakota MRT - Old Airport Road Food Court

Today dear and me hosting a group of Malaysia friend for food hunting in Singapore. We choose the Old Airport Road Food Court as our target as this is the best place when can try alots local variety food. Today i go back to the Lao Fu Zhi Char Koay Teow to order the white type as previous already tested the black type one (sweet). The white type char Koay Teow had more similar taste with what we had in Penang. We do spotted there is a long queue stall who selling the Fu Zhou fish ball stall... we do order and try the taste is average. Anyway thank to the friend who visiting us. Enjoy your business trip at Singapore :)

Singapore Dakota MRT - Old Airport Road Food Court

After feel day dear and me came back Old Airport Road Food Court for food hunting again. We do spotted another Hokkien Mee had even longer queue compare with the previous stall we had. No doubt this Whitley Road Big Prawn hokkien Noodle is taste nicer then the previous one. We do order wan tan mee to try up as it is long queue also... but the taste is normal only (We guess it is because their food is lower price). We do spotted Singapore Famous Lao Ban Soya Beancurd "Dao Hua" and we order one to test up. Well it is cool type dao hua and the taste is kinda smooth. Old Airport Road Food Court is still our best Food Court choice until today :)

Singapore Dakota MRT - Old Airport Road Food Court

Today dear and me further our food hunting toward Old Airport Road Food Court. We came here using the cycle Line "Yellow line" and get down from Dahkota MRT to walk over here. Old Airport Road Food Court is the bigger food court you can find in Singapore. The famous food here is the Dry Hokkien mee, Char Koay Teow & Satay.

The Lao Fu Zhi Fried koay Teow stall was pretty long queue... there is 2 option for you to choose (White & Black). Today i taste the black one "Dark in colour" It taste sweet...... Whereas i will came back here for the white one "Lighter in colour". The Hokkien Mee is also in the long queue today... we order the soup one to make the comparison with Penang Hokkien Mee. The hokkien mee taste in singapore is sweeter and the prawn is bigger :) It is a great choice to try. We do order chicken satay to try per stick cost SGD 0.60. The taste is average. Old Airport Road Food Court is a great choice for food... Dear and me had quote this food court as MUST VISIT place in Singapore.
