Johor Johor Bahru - Johor Bahru City Square Oleg by gCafe

Before get ourself back to Singapore. Dear and me decided to pay a visit to this newly open cafe at JBCC. It is call Oleg by gcafe which selling mainly on burger & waffle dish. Too bad the waffle had sold off on 6pm after and dear and me decided will be back for this. Today dear and me had order the soft shelf crab charcoal burger & their highly recommended burger to try up. Overall taste above average. It was not too crowded on this hour therefore you might probably can drop by and try up.

Johor Johor Bahru - Johor Bahru City Square Dragon-I Restaurant "龍的傳人上海拉面小笼包"

After a while dear and me visit back the Dragon-I Restaurant "龍的傳人上海拉面小笼包". Dear and me found that there is alots of changes especially on their food menu. Dear and me order back the old dish we had before to make a comparison. The Shanghai Xiao Long Bao still taste so good that always dragging us back to try it up. But for the sze chuan tan tan noodle & Pork fillet noodle had became different taste. We feel that the taste had became mild compare on the last try. There is not much reason for us to revisit the Drangon I restaurant beside their signature Shanghai Xiao Long Bao.

Johor Johor Bahru - Johor Bahru City Square MacDonald Cafe

One of the main reason we cross the country border today is visiting Malaysia McDonald outlets for the new Hershey Chocolate Ice cream :) It is kind of long queue.... but those will not stop use to patiently wait for our turn to get the RM 2.50 ice cream. Overall it taste great and dear and me had already quote the new flavour hershey ice cream as MUST TRY :)

After enjoying the Seoul Garden Restaurant. Dear and me continue with our weekly shopping around JBCC. Today there is a traditional food fair going on at the main auditorium. But too bad dear and had already fully fill up.... else normally we will been supporting those stall as we cannot really found those dessert in Singapore.

Johor Johor Bahru - Johor Bahru City Square Seoul Garden Restaurant

Dear and me would like to compare Malaysia type Seoul Garden & Singapore Type Seoul Garden. Therefore today dear and me visited the Seoul Garden Outlet that located at Johor Bharu City Square. It is kind of crowded and the food variety can fought over with what we had in Singapore. But the hygienic condition here was not as good as in Singapore as we found out some of the plate still in dirty condition. The seafood and meat variety had a bits of different. The stove is different also. Overall if you convert using the country currency Seoul garden JBCC is 3 time cheaper then in Singapore too.

Johor Johor Bahru - Johor Bahru City Square McDonald Restaurant

After the great movie... dear and me plan to had some light snack before we go back to Singapore. We had choose McDonald as our destination as because recently we saw there is alots of new ice cream flavory. Sadly the Mcdonald here divided to two part... where you need to queue up at dessert counter for the dessert purchase. We saw there had highly promote on the longan ice cream..... Due to the queue is kind of long at both side dear and me just choose to give up on the try this round and we will be back for next round.

Johor Johor Bahru - Johor Bahru City Square MM Cineplexes

Until today dear and me only realise the Cathay Cinema at Johor Bahru City Square had been take over by MM Cineplexes. The services actually from bad to worst now. When dear and me having our ticket purchasing there is only one counter being operation... whereas there is two worker standing at the same counter doing one job. This really no efficient whereby both of they is happily chit chatting until all of the customer who purchasing the ticket need to repeat their booking for twice. Cinema condition had remind unchanged. Hopefully there is improve on our next visit.

Dear and me always found out that the traffic outside the JBCC & JB Komtar always congested on weekend and public holiday. Remember do not ever request your taxi journey to came over here or reach here else you will be spending more then you expect on this traffic.

Johor Johor Bahru - Johor Bahru City Square Paik's Pan Korean Restaurant

Today dear and me visited back the Paik's Pa Korean restaurant. This restaurant was in operation on last year December. This is the second visit of us to this shop. All the customer is not on their apron probably their boss already notice some uneven number distribution on their apron to their customer. We was assign to sit near the window this can be not comfortable when you realise when the people passing by will observe you and your food. Some even will just stand they to observe you enjoying the food this really affect our appetite. Food is still in the same quality and standard... there is no surprise we had here. We do top up the korean fried rice before we end our dining it is kind of wet on our fried rice today.
