Bring one of my Singapore friend to try up the Penang style Jawa Mee/noodle at Jalan Tengah. We claim that the outlook of this Jawa mee kinda similar with the Mee Lontong where he can find in Singapore. This Jawa Mee stall required their customer to deliver the food by their self. The Jawa Mee here had quote by us as MUST TRY street food at Jalan Tengah.

Tonight dear and me was having the family dinner at Jalan Tengah Foong Yean restaurant "方源". This restaurant is really crowded on dinner time..... Booked really need to done before you this restaurant. Overall the food taste and quality is kinda nice and it is really worthy to try on. But the restaurant space really packs....

I am having the my fire fighter training at Jalan Tengah, Bomba Station. We was having the theory class at morning section and having the practical on after section. It was turf but really enjoyable here... we learn all kind of fire fighting skill here. We do learn all kind of fire host command here too :) The Finale was sprain the Host here :) Fireman really a treatable profession here but i can feel they was leak of understanding from the Public. Really respect this profession !!!

After the Penang Bridge Marathon 2014.... dear and me continue with ours food hunting at Jalan Tengah Food Court. While dear and me arrived here we can see there is a few people like us came here to enjoy the lunch after the Penang Bridge Marathon run. There is not much of Food stall having their business here. Dear and me had order the Chicken Rice to try up....cost RM 13 as dear and me had order the pork slide. Overall dear and me feel that there is no surprise for us as the chicken rice here was kinda common.

Penang Bayan Lepas - Ah' Basri Satay Restaurants

Well normally we will choose to had satay at street only cost RM 0.50. This Ah' Basri Satay really highly recommended to those satay Hunter. Really worthy to try !!! As i kn ow this restaurants have moving from Sungai Ara to D'Piazza mall and now they have shift to 54 Jalan Tengah, Taman Sri Tunas, Bayan Lepas. (Same Roll with Bank Muamalat at Bayan Lepas).

Standard rule of thumbs the quality of the food is determined non other than the money you paid..... Ah' Basti satay charging RM 1.00 per stick (Chicken) to customer therefore you are expecting the quality of the satay... For me really worthy !!!!!!

You are require to order your's satay and payment at the counter. 

Normally you will be provided with beverages first and satay will sent up by waitress.

No much of table and chair provided but always sufficient when i reach the Shop.

All the price is stated clear at their menu board. 

(so you can order base on personal prefer ^^ They offer Chicken, Lamb, Beef, Deer, Ostrich, turkey,calamari, prawn, rabbit even Vegetarian )

10 stick of satay + Beverage RM 15.00 

Normally the Satay will sent in around 10 -15 minute.

This is the real size of the Sata as fat as an adults thumbs. ^^ 

(We order 5 Lamb & 5 Chicken.)

Overall i feel that price worthy which what you get...... you can't get this other place unless you go kajang satay ^^ Happy Makaning !!!
