Singapore Telok Ayer - Thian Hock Keng Temple "天福宫" & Singapore Yu Huang Gong "新加坡玉皇宫"/Keng Teck Whay Building

Hello from Thian Hock Keng Temple "天福宫" & Singapore Yu Huang Gong "新加坡玉皇宫". Today dear and me plan to give a walk the Singapore oldest Taoism temple. According the history Thian Hock Keng Temple "天福宫" was build since year 1840 already 177year & Singapore Yu Huang Gong "新加坡玉皇宫"/Keng Teck Whay Building was here since 1831 already 186 year. Both of the temple stood side by side. You can easily spot their different from outlook when passing by.

As a tourist for a day, dear and me is more concentrate on their Hokkien style design. If you looking for the places to spend a whole afternoon, we think that this will be a great places to give a walk. Currently they also migrating they prayer style to electronic base. We will not review here as we think this will be the best to keep the surprise for you to discover by your own will be more meaningful :)

Singapore Telok Ayer - Nagore Durgha

Alots people will be neglecting Nagore Durgha who stood next to Tian Fu Gong Chinese Temple. This structure was build around 1828-1830. It is about 1870 now. What is this building about? It is actual a shrine in Singapore which built by Muslim from southern India back in 19th century.

Dear and me did not enter to this shrine as we want to pay respect to those believer as prayer is going. What attract us about this building was their facade. Their two arched with a small window about 15 to 20meter high. It is quick eyes catching. Next time if there is no prayer ongoing. Dear and me will give a visit on the inner side of this building up.

Singapore Sentosa Island - Imbiah Station Siloso Beach

Looking for nice beach in Singapore ? Dear and me will recommend you to visit Imbiah Station in Sentosa Island for Siloso Beach. A places where you able to enjoy the sunset during evening. It is quick crowded during weekend as alots singaporean love to have family time, friend outing time here. Check the image up see it is this beach is your beach type :)

Alternatively, You may also can visit another beach call Palawan Beach which additional 300 meter walks. We will review next time.

Dear and me is super fan for Starbuck coffee. We will be doing an different outlets visit whenever we got a new places. As a long term investor for this Starbucks company, enjoying back the company at the cafe is way better then paying to other restaurant. Starbucks is a brand that related to coffee, but dear and me feel that their Chocolate drink must put in your trying list. Singapore Beauty World MRT - Bukit Timah old railway track

This is second part of the left over Bukit Timah old railway track. As mention in previous blog this railway was 24KM in total but most of the part of land had been converted to better use then railway after 2011 they cease the operation.

Singapore King Albert MRT - Bukit Timah old railway track

We always heard from our friend where Singapore is connected to Kuala Lumpur with railway track. This services was stop during 2011 and replaced with the cross bridge services. It is about 24 KM railway from north to south of Singapore, currently some part of railway had converted to use land for further development and those remain had become another attraction for local resident like us to walk around or talking some selfie during our free time.

Railway once become hit during year of 2011 due to the Taiwanese movie call "You Are the Apple of My Eye" Who use to walk on Jiu Feng or Shi Feng railway while they are dating in movie. I believe a lots of young couple would like to have the taste walking on the track without concern of the safety. When dear and me visit the part of remaining of Bukit Timah old railway track, There are couple shooting the pre-wedding photograph here too. Somehow wedding shoot become not so bored beside Changi airport as part of shooting places during those day :) Check up the photo below :)

Singapore Beauty World MRT - Bukit Timah Hill Summit

Today dear and me had reach the peak of Bukit Timah Hill Summit. This Bukit Timah Hill Summit height is about 163.63meter and this is the highest peak of Singapore nation. From below to the peak it too use about 30 mins the trail length is about 2.5KM. Some point of the trail quick steep hence, recommend to wear a proper shoe before start the hiking. The trail is well take care with Tar road cover.

This places can be crowded during weekend early morning and evening. So it is quick motivated when you have workup here.
