Ubah Bird had became so famous while approaching the 13th Malaysia General election. This Bird had became the main symbolic of "Change" for the Malaysia. The Penang Government had decided to make this Ubah Bird came to reality to the public at Nautilus Bay Jelutong Promenade the New Esplane.

This Ubah Bird in the size of 25 feet in height, 35 feet wide having the grand launching on 13 July 2013. Obviously this Plastic floating bird have bring the life to this Nautilus Bay Jelutong Promenade. While i personally hear to observed this Ubah Bird.
