After all the tour around penang island dear and me bring a plan to bring the friend toward this Kedai Biskut Seng Heang "成香饼家" which located right opposite the Penang Times Square. This Kedai Biskut Seng Heang "成香饼家" was kinda mixed up as you can get all kind of penang local biscuit here.
This Kedai Biskut Seng Heang "成香饼家" was act one stop for tourist to visit. You can found a biscuit machine on right hand side of shop ^^ I wonder when this biscuit packaging machine will work ^^
