Selangor Subang Jaya -The last Piece of USJ land "The Edge Residence property"

Each year dear and me will have so near year resolution for investment. This year dear and me decide to get property to continue enlarge our passive Income. For those people that know us well, they will know we are type of couple who never stop generate passive income size by investment. Property is part of our investment tools, we do invest in REITS, ETF, Share, Unit Trust, Share and others investment.

Speaking back property investment we started off with Auction property and then we bought our very first new soft launch property back in 2013. In year of 2017, dear and me listed The Edge Residence property in USJ Subang Jaya. The main reason why we selected this property as our target investment was this development will be the last pieces of land in USJ Subang Jaya. Beside this, the rental yield of this location can reach as high as 4.5% to 8%. This figure is higher then FD rate in Malaysia Banking.
