If you mobile phone is without any roaming services. You can choose to get the WIFI passcode by using below machine. This Machine i just need you passport to be scan on scanner and you will the passcode on the display :) It is one of the best facility you can enjoy inside Changi International Airport. Currently i just saw this machine appear on the after Boarding gate.
