Right before we going for the night market. Our friend "Xiao Le" since we are food hunter... he will recommended us to try up infamous smoke salmon in Taiwan. He bring us to this Chihsing Tan Katsuo Museum "七星柴鱼博物馆". This museum is setup by the local.... where you can had a lots additional knowledge how older day Hualien people life is. This uncle is very passion on his day job... and currently he had his own biography too :) There is a smoke salmon stall per plate is cost NT 150.... there are using the dry paddy plant as the source of fire to smoke the salmon. Taste is awesome :)
I had the privilege to try up how to smoke the salmon by their way :) Dear and me had complimentary additional plate of the smoke salmon. You can get to buy the instant miso soup ingredient also at the end of visitation. A great place where you can consider to put in your itinerary.
